About Me

Welcome!

My name is Denise and I am an online yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga for many years, however it wasn't until May of 2025 that I obtained my yoga teacher certification. Before I decided to become a yoga teacher, I was a vet tech for 4 years. Having dealt with my own health issues and corporate drama, I finally said "enough was enough" and began my own journey to healing.

Upon certification, I voluntarily registered with Yoga Alliance, thus proving my dedication to providing all-inclusive yoga classes.

When I'm not doing yoga, I enjoy spending time with my pets, gaming, traveling, cooking, and doing random side quests.

I have 3 cats (all male) – from oldest to youngest, their names are Sylvester (pictured with me), Gomez, and Giovanni. I also have a cockatiel (female) named Yuki.
