About Me

Welcome!

My name is Denise and I am an online yoga teacher residing in Lancaster County, PA. I have been practicing yoga for many years, however it wasn't until May of 2025 that I obtained my yoga teacher certification. Upon certification, I voluntarily registered with Yoga Alliance, thus proving my dedication to providing all-inclusive yoga classes.

Before I decided to become a yoga teacher, I worked in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry as a vet tech, lab animal technician, and pharmacy technician. Don't get me wrong–I LOVE animals–but not toxic coworkers, corporate drama, and organizational corruption. During my tenure, I experienced major health issues. Sure, I may have been predisposed, but the stress from working overtime did not help anything.

Fun fact: I have POTS, PMDD, interstitial cystitis, spina bifida occulta, and mild scoliosis.

I finally said "enough was enough" and started my own business as a yoga teacher–in hopes of healing myself, as well as others who are in the same predicament I was in for 4 years of my life.

When I'm not doing yoga, I enjoy spending time with my pets, gaming, traveling, cooking, and doing random side quests.

I have 3 cats (all male) – from oldest to youngest, their names are Sylvester (pictured with me), Gomez, and Giovanni. I also have a cockatiel (female) named Yuki.
